All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized nature of the products sold by Atlas Defense Solutions, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, changes in preference, or items no longer needed after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, compatibility requirements, sizing, quantities, and order details before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or fulfillment and are subject to approval by Atlas Defense Solutions. Once an order has entered processing, been submitted to a manufacturer or distributor, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Special-order, custom-configured, agency-specific, restricted, serialized, or manufacturer-direct products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Atlas Defense Solutions will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Do not ship any product back without written authorization.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims

Defective products are generally subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Atlas Defense Solutions will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in coordinating eligible manufacturer warranty claims when appropriate.

A manufacturer defect does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or return through Atlas Defense Solutions.

Shipping & Delivery

Atlas Defense Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, distributors, weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Agency, Government & Special Orders

Agency purchases, government orders, RFP/RFQ purchases, custom configurations, special-order products, bulk purchases, and products specifically sourced at the customer’s request are final and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the order is placed.
